We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- 3-4 business day shipping for $20
- 2 business days for $25
- Standard overnight for $50
- Saturday delivery (available only on Fridays) for $60
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes. Our office is closed on weekends and the following holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Year's Day. Orders placed on these holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Guarantee time for residential deliveries:
All residential deliveries are guaranteed by 8 pm. For priority deliveries, the guarantee is by 12:00 pm in most areas.
Guarantee time for business deliveries:
All business deliveries are guaranteed by 4:30 pm. For priority deliveries, the guarantee is by 12:00 pm in most areas.
Saturday deliveries:
Saturday deliveries are guaranteed by 1 pm in most areas.
Signature requirement:
We require a signature for all home deliveries. Clients can opt to waive the signature; however, this releases us from any liability if the package is lost or stolen after delivery without a signature.
Order cut-off time:
Orders to be shipped the same day must be placed by 2:30 pm CST. Orders placed after 2:30 pm CST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 2:30 pm CST on Fridays, or on Saturdays or Sundays, will be processed the following Monday.
